Community Enterprise & Skills CIC Is a community based organisation that aims to improve the lives and environment of people in the North West and Lancashire.

We aim to empower and support the needs of individuals across all local communities, irrespective of ethnic origin, faith or gender. We hope to provide a better understanding of health, education, community safety and employment. We also aim to strengthen partnerships between communities and groups.  In particular we successfully provide support for carers, the elderly, unemployed and those socially isolated. Our purpose is to achieve social and economic regeneration through learning, enterprise and employment.

Our mission is to develop a framework for addressing issues affecting local people through effective partnership working, providing access to support and signposting. We will strive to consult, contribute, help develop and where needed deliver excellent services which meet the needs of the community by providing a gateway to service providers, enhancing access and participation and developing the community cohesion.

 

We take an innovative approach to engage, empower individuals from all backgrounds.
